Our 21" simple Plastic Pedestals were easily covered with pearls. We stepped it up quite a bit by adding a tray at the top and using our 14" Pedestals to create a candelabra.
It gives our inexpensive 14" & 21" Pedestals Instead of flowers only a dozen feathers were used.
Battery
operated votive candles
A glass ashtray (dollar store), at the bottom, becomes the base.
